This video shows an adaptation of a King Arthur flour Gluten free bread recipe easy to make and fun to eat!. The recipe is simple, and uses two types of flour: almond meal, and gluten free Mama flour. As usual with this type of recipe the “stickiness” is provided by Xanthan gum, but you don’t have to use it if your don’t want to.
Here are the ingredients:
Dry stuff (mix together)
1 Cup (250g) Warm Milk (any kind is fine)
2 Tbsl Oil (Lard/Coconut oil/ butter, which ever you prefer or have) if using a solid melt it.
3 large eggs
2 tsp. yeast (I use active dry)
Mix Dry together and set aside, add all Wet ingredients to the bottom of a bread machine pan. Add the already mixed Dry on top of Wet ingredients. Top with yeast in 4 corners of bread pan, and sprinkled across top.
Place in a bread machine on Basic loaf setting, light colour, and 1.5 lb. loaf.
Take out when done, cool before cutting and enjoy.
